What are the Responsibilities?

  • Support the marketing team in executing annual strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the business’ market share and product sales
  • Collaborate on strategic projects with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with the overarching commercial objectives
  • Evaluate, plan, define objectives, coordinate, and execute trade show events and activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Assist in the creation of pre- and post-show marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade show participation, providing insights and recommendations for improvement for future events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and commercial decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on market research findings.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, corporate branding communications and advertising.
  • Assist in development of brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company in the market.
  • Support content strategies that engage target audiences and support brand objectives.
  • Coordinate and project manage assigned marketing initiatives to ensure effective and timely execution.
  • Manage marketing assets and collateral to maintain consistency with strategic objectives.
  • Provide accurate trade show budget estimates to support effective fiscal planning.
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external marketing agencies to ensure alignment of strategic goals and deliverables.

What are the Requirements?

  • Degree in Marketing, Product Communications, Sales or Business with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing is a must have.
  • Previous experience with effective coordination of trade show and other commercial industry events.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
