Our client is looking for a Part Time Service Support Clerk at their location in Lachine.
Schedule : Wednesday to Friday from 4PM–8PM & Saturday to Sunday from 9AM–2PM
Responsibilities:
- Escalations / expedited service calls / flagged calls
- General follow-ups on service calls as requested by customers or Hardt account managers
- Support for the installations process as needed
- Data Entry (registration of new equipment in SIMS)
- Master Data cleansing activities in SIMS (removing inactive equipment from SIMS)
- Various other admin tasks as needed (order entry)
Requirements:
- Experience customer service
- Proficient in using Microsoft & excel
- Fully Bilingual – English and French
