Position Overview:

Seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of a large scale industrial operation. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance activities, perform in-depth root cause costing analysis, and manage budgetary and expenditure reviews, as well as oversee a Maintenance Team. This role requires hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as leadership in overseeing a maintenance team comprised of Millwrights and Mechanical Tradespersons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause costing analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost optimization.
• Perform thorough budgetary and expenditure reviews to support cost-effective maintenance operations.
• Lead and oversee a team of Millwrights and Mechanical Tradespersons, ensuring the maintenance operations meet quality and safety standards.
• Ensure the proper use of CMMS to track maintenance activities and streamline processes.
• Utilize MS Office Suite to prepare reports, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively.
• Work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a maintenance and reliability role within an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and cost management.
• Experience managing or working with a team of Millwrights and Mechanical Tradespersons.
• Proficiency in CMMS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
