Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote our company and its products. This role is vital for enhancing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating quality leads. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a solid grasp of contemporary marketing strategies and tools, who can spearhead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

– Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of growth and professional development.

– Strategic Planning: Create and implement B2C and B2B marketing strategies that effectively enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition in targeted markets.

– Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to develop sales materials and tools that effectively highlight our products’ unique value.

– Campaign Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of marketing campaigns, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, TV, radio, podcasts, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.

– Budget Allocation: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).

– Performance Monitoring: Track and assess marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

– Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified brand message across all marketing platforms to strengthen brand identity.

– Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, customer service) to align marketing strategies with company-wide goals.

– Market Insights: Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and customer insights, shaping future marketing initiatives.

– Reporting: Provide regular updates on marketing performance, campaign outcomes, and ROI to senior management and other stakeholders.

– Continuous Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing practices, implementing new strategies to stay competitive.

Skills and Qualifications:

– In-depth understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing tactics, including branding and market research.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions and market trend analysis.

– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting complex strategies to diverse audiences.

– Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, data analytics, email marketing, and social media management platforms.

– Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating marketing teams.

– Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

– Creative mindset with an eye for design, ensuring cohesive brand visuals and messaging.

– Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving marketing objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

– Minimum of 5-7 years in a marketing role, particularly within the B2C e-commerce sector.

– Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

– Versatile industry experience is an advantage.

– Strong background in planning, budgeting, and implementing marketing strategies.

Physical Requirements:

– Desk Work: Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

– Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer and office equipment operation.

– Vision: Requires the ability to see closely, at a distance, and with color differentiation, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.

– Communication: Ability to speak clearly and hear conversations in person, over the phone, and in virtual meetings.

– Mobility: Occasional movement within the office to access products and equipment.

– Activity Level: Able to stand and walk for extended periods and travel occasionally for events, meetings, and conferences. Must be willing to work outside standard hours for events and trade shows as needed.
