Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MIG welding on steel and aluminum components
- TIG and Stick welding experience considered a strong asset
- Accurately read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings
- Inspect and verify finished welds for dimensional accuracy and strength
- Consistently meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and proper PPE use
Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Proficient in interpreting blueprints and welding schematics
-
Experience with welding jigs, fixtures, and power/shop tools

Knowledge of welding safety, PPE protocols, and workplace best practices
-
TIG and Stick welding skills are beneficial but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and troubleshoot welding issues
