Fuze HR is now hiring a talented Welder/Fabricator in the Ruskin area of Maple Ridge, BC! This is an exciting, full-time opportunity to join a global manufacturer and support their robust production activities via high quality welding and fabrication. Due to the location of the plant, individuals based in Maple Ridge, Northeast Langley, or North Abbotsford are considered ideal.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am – 3:30pm
Compensation:
- Competitive base wage, $36/hr – $39/hr with flex for exceptional technical skills and experience

Responsibilities:
- MIG Welding and Fabrication in support of machining and production
- Tacking and fitting
- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Set-up and operation of horizontal and vertical bandsaws
- Inspection of parts, ensuring conformance with Quality standards
- Operation of forklift, overhead jib, and gantry crane
- Act as CWB welding supervisor
Requirements:
- Must have MIG welding experience
- Strong preference for candidates with CWB welding certifications, individuals with strong experience and the ability to acquire certification for flat position FCAW/MCAW within 6 months of hire to be considered
- Ability to operate a forklift & other material handling equipment
- Willingness/ability to obtain crane certification (training supported by employer)
- Experience operating plate rollers & band saws highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, MUST communicate effectively in English
