We are immediately hiring a temporary to full time Warehouse Supervisor for one of our manufacturing clients located in Mississauga. If you have your forklift license and 5 years’ supervisory experience looking for a growing company to work for, please reach out to us.

Your tasks as the Warehouse Supervisor:
- Warehouse daily operations – Inbound and Outbound supervising
- Physical Inventory daily in/out management & supervising
- Inventory reconciliation: Physical inventory vs system inventory record
- Overseeing the daily inventory in/out including cycle count, stock take, inventory reconciliation
- Supervising warehouse receiving, order picking and distribution
- To manage daily sales order delivery with trucking company
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or warehouse shipping.
- Motivate, organize and encourage warehouse staff and ensure productivity targets are met
- Day to day supervising for the facility and personnel in accordance with safety, quality and security procedure
- Using the Forklift
- Supervising a team of 3
- Manage and optimize cost efficiency in warehouse
- Other duties assigned.
The required qualifications of the Warehouse Supervisor:
- Bachelor degree or greater in related field
- 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain operations
- Strong analytic skills; the ability to powerfully portray data and leverage to drive continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft office software
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift operator certification, compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, English speaker desired
- Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff
- Able to use computer, email, excel/word & warehouse system
- Able to be in the warehouse 5 days a week and work 8-hour days
- Able to lift 50lbs
