About the Role
Fuze HR is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced production facility. In this role, you’ll ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely while supporting overall facility maintenance. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with competitive pay reflective of experience.
Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Support setup and teardown of production lines

Fabricate basic parts and make system adjustments as required

Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies

Document work orders and maintenance activities

Assist with facility maintenance, including building, infrastructure, and utilities

Adhere to all safety protocols and work safely

Participate in overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed

Support and potentially train production or maintenance staff
Required Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
-
Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, VOM, etc.)

Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
-
Willingness to engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in corrugated or converting manufacturing
-
Familiarity with PLCs, drive controllers, or automated systems

Ability to fabricate basic parts or modifications
