Warehouse Forklift Driver

We are immediately hiring a temporary to full time Warehouse Forklift Drive for one of our manufacturing clients located in Mississauga. If you have your license and 2-4 years experience with Counterbalance and looking for a growing company to work for please reach out to us.

What our client offers:

Your tasks as the Warehouse Forklift Driver:

·Operate forklift equipment to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse facility such as to pick order, move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise or inventory.

·Conduct daily inspections of forklift machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance

·Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory and update records in the management system.

·Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including loading and unloading of goods and stock management.

· Checking loads for security.

· Following written instructions and keeping records.

· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

·Other duties assigned.

The required qualifications of the Warehouse Forklift Driver:

·High school diploma or equivalent/above.

·Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.

·Number of years: Min 2-3 forklift

·Forklift type: Counterbalance, electric and propane forklift

·Valid forklift operator certification, compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards.

·Strong understanding of general warehouse operations and storage practices.

·Excellent communications

·Able to use computer, email, excel/word & warehouse system

·Able to work 8-hour days
