Warehouse workers of Squamish, we're looking for you!!! We have an exciting 6-month contract opportunity available immediately based in beautiful Squamish, BC. The successful Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in support of the company's robust supply chain operations, working with a collaborative and supportive team & interacting regularly with trades, engineers, operators, and outside vendors/contractors.
If you're an experienced warehouse professional available for the next 6 months or beyond (high potential for contract extension or conversion to permanent employment), we want to meet you!

What are the responsibilities?
- Storage and movement of goods and materials to and from/within the warehouse
- Shipping and receiving
- Inventory management
- Effective usage of ERP Systems and CMMS Systems
- Enter receiving info. into our ERP System, file paperwork, warehouse materials
- Re-ordering of Inventory as required
- Parts Creation
- Label and put away/deliver all received orders into proper locations, special orders area, work orders and/or inventory
- Returns that have been identified and collected for potential supplier return and credit
- Outgoing shipments: returns/warranty/samples
- All filing of packing slips/invoices/BOL/TDG paperwork
- Unload incoming deliveries with forklift for larger orders
- Off load incoming chemical shipments, move into storage
- Help prepare and stage all waste shipments for site storage and removal
What are the requirements?
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an inventory and warehousing setting
- Inventory and warehouse experience in an industrial setting preferred
- Forklift license an asset
- Previous experience working with Business Central – Dynamics 365 considered an asset.
- Transportation for Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certification considered an asset.
- Ability to work with CMMS & ERP systems
