🔧 Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Class 5 Truck Driver to support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely, safe delivery of customer orders. This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with driving responsibilities and requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
📦 Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, load, and unload trailers using manual and mechanical equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse space
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and sales orders
- Ensure all orders are prepared and shipped on time
- Maintain communication with customers and internal teams
- Report damages and complete required documentation
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
Truck Driving Duties:
- Deliver customer orders safely and on schedule
- Load and unload delivery trucks as required
- Maintain communication regarding delivery updates
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Ensure vehicle is safe, clean, and in good working condition
- Maintain a clean driving record
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience at required license level as a delivery commercial driver
- 10 years of overall driving experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (air brake endorsement preferred)
- Clean driver abstract (personal & commercial)
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
