What our client offers:
- $18/hr Day shift
- work (10-40lbs lifting)
- Day Shift 7am – 7pm (Average working agreement, one week you work four 12hrs shifts the following week you work three 12hr shifts paying total of 80.5hrs over two weeks)

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identify non-conforming quality products based on quality standards and report them to the Inspector.
Count, stack, and identify products as per operating standards.
Clear holes in the products as per specifications and advise the team.
Monitor product dryness and inform the team of status.
Stretch wrap and strap skids by hand as required.
Place wet products at the end of the oven as required.
When wrapping skids ensure the label matches the product and initials.
Relocate products out of the packaging area to the warehouse.
Clean, sweep and remove garbage in the work area at the end of each cycle.
Wax pots as per the production schedule
Load wax machine as required.
Assist co-workers and shift inspector as and when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or inspector.
Expectations:
Display a positive attitude daily and when responding to a variety of workplace situations.
Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
Shares suggestions, opinions, and ideas to improve processes and procedures.
Provide at least 24-hour notice when time off is required during a scheduled shift.
Maintain a consistent speed to prevent back-up on the belts.
Identify by initials on papers and cartons the packer who completed the carton or sleeve.
Assist in the training and quality control of new employees.
Use breaks for personal phone calls or communication with administration.
Qualifications
Secondary school diploma is preferred.
Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
Health & Safety experience and knowledge of safety requirements are an asset.
Average communication, oral, and written skills
Good arithmetic skills.
Working conditions
Duties are performed in a manufacturing environment.
Occasional exposure to minor unpleasant odors
Must be able to lift up to 25 kg.
