This position requires strong blueprint reading, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in TIG welding and metal fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
 - 
Perform TIG welding on various metal components with high accuracy.
 - 
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal structures according to specifications.
 - 
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets standards.
 - 
Collaborate with the production team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
 - 
Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely.
 - 
Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment as needed.
 - 
Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
 
Qualifications:
- 
Minimum 7 years of TIG welding and fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
 - 
Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills.
 - 
Proficient in TIG setup, adjustment, and maintenance.
 - 
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
 - 
Team player with strong communication and organizational abilities.
 - 
Physically capable of working in various positions and environments.
 
Education & Certifications:
- 
High school diploma or equivalent required.
 - 
Welding certification preferred (TIG or related).
