Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated and technically savvy sales professional to support the Technical Services division. The position combines technical knowledge, customer-facing sales, and onsite service support.

Key Responsibilities:
Quotations & Sales Support:
- Prepare detailed, cost-effective quotations for industrial products and maintenance services
- Collaborate with leadership to develop competitive proposals
- Follow up on quotes and actively close sales opportunities
Business Development:
- Generate leads using historical customer data and proactive outreach
- Develop new business and long-term client relationships
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
Technical & On-Site Support:
- Understand customer specifications and provide technical solutions
- Maintain deep knowledge of products and services
- Visit customer sites as needed to support sales or service execution (approx. 50% travel – Canada & US)
Administration & CRM:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project details in CRM
- Coordinate service reconciliations and prepare documentation for invoicing
- Provide occasional administrative support for the sales team
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Director of Services to improve processes
- Build strong internal and external relationships with clients, peers, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree in a technical discipline
- 5+ years in technical sales, customer support, or related field
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, mining, or related technical sectors
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and client management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP platforms
- Familiarity with industrial filtration or air pollution control systems is a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license and passport (50% North American travel required)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: background in engineering, environmental science, or similar field
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
- Commission/Bonuses based on revenue performance
