Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) souscripteur(trice) en assurance commerciale expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) autonome possédant une solide expertise et nécessitant peu de formation. La personne retenue aura un impact immédiat en gérant les renouvellements, les nouvelles affaires et les exigences des clients, tout en offrant un soutien interne en souscription.
Responsabilités principales

Gérer les renouvellements de polices d’assurance commerciale et la souscription de nouvelles affaires

Traiter les exigences des clients et répondre aux demandes liées à la souscription

Préparer et traiter les renouvellements de façon précise et efficace

Recueillir, analyser et valider toutes les informations requises pour les décisions de souscription

Offrir un soutien interne pour les demandes des clients et des courtiers

Assurer le respect des lignes directrices de souscription et des exigences réglementaires

Contribuer à la croissance de l’entreprise grâce à une souscription efficace et un excellent service à la clientèle
Exigences et qualifications

Permis de courtier en assurance de dommages – commercial (obligatoire)

Minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience en souscription d’assurance commerciale

Expérience au sein d’un cabinet de courtage en assurance

Bilingue français et anglais
-
Excellentes connaissances techniques et capacité à travailler de façon autonome

Solides compétences organisationnelles et de communication

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Underwriter to join our team. This role requires a knowledgeable professional who can work independently with minimal training and make an immediate impact. The successful candidate will manage renewals, new business, and client requirements while providing in-house underwriting support.
Key Responsibilities

Handle commercial insurance policy renewals and new business underwriting

Manage client requirements and respond to underwriting inquiries

Prepare and process renewals accurately and efficiently

Collect, analyze, and verify all information required for underwriting decisions

Provide in-house support for client and broker inquiries

Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements

Support business growth through effective underwriting and client service
Required Qualifications & Experience

Broker’s License in Commercial Damage Insurance (mandatory)

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial insurance underwriting

Experience working for an insurance broker

Fully bilingual (French and English)

Strong technical knowledge and ability to work independently
