Single Family Superintendent

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Single-Family Superintendent in Calgary. This award-winning homebuilder has over 40 years of experience, offering energy-efficient and customizable homes across various styles. Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and inspections to keep projects on track.

· Maintain quality control throughout all construction phases.

· Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Conduct homeowner meetings to address questions and concerns.

· Adapt to changing project conditions by adjusting schedules and plans.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in single-family residential construction.

· Strong customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

· Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, changing environment.

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
