Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Senior and Junior Landscape Site Foremen to oversee and manage a variety of commercial landscape projects. Ideal candidates will bring at least 5 years of industry experience, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully. About the Role
The team has decades of combined experience delivering a wide range of projects, from high-rise and rooftop landscapes to parks, retirement residences, hotels, and condominiums. We take pride in their work and are known for their professionalism, quality, and collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interpret and implement landscape design and grading plans.
  2. Lead and supervise crews on projects such as hardscapes, sod installation, excavation, and grading.
  3. Collaborate with the office team to provide daily progress updates.
  4. Manage project budgets and costs in line with client contracts.
  5. Prepare and organize job sites before project kickoff.
  6. Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment.
  7. Apply expertise in hardscape materials and installation techniques (concrete, engineered stone, natural stone).
  8. Operate landscape machinery safely; valid driver’s license required.
  9. Provide feedback, training, and guidance to crew members.

Job Details

  5. Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Foreman (required)
