Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join a dynamic EPC firm based in Calgary, Alberta. This firm provides multi-disciplinary engineering solutions across industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, and manufacturing. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and efficiency, the team works on projects of varying complexity and scale, ensuring successful project execution with cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Define project scope, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Oversee scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Hold a Degree in Engineering or a CET diploma.
• 10+ years of experience in oil & gas/energy project management.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and chemical engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and various project management tools.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and team management.
