The Senior Manager, Business Application Services will be responsible for:

• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of the data platform, ensuring it scales, adapts, and aligns with organizational goals.
• Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics architecture.
• Guide architecture sizing and scaling efforts, including proposing solutions.
• Manage the implementation and day-to-day operation of BI/Analytics solutions.
• Conduct cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed solutions to aid management in decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost the performance, reliability, and usability of the data platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

The required qualifications for the Senior Manager, Business Application Services are:

• Proven track record in managing, planning, developing, deploying, implementing, and supporting enterprise-wide systems and applications.
• Demonstrated experience in leading data platform initiatives from initial concept to successful implementation.
• Strong background in systems architecture and design, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with software integration technologies such as Azure Integration Services, BizTalk, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure Data platform-related technologies.
• Skilled in systems analysis, data administration, and software engineering.
• Experience in budget administration, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking for IT projects and initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop and manage IT contracts and consulting services, ensuring effective vendor management and service delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile and Project Management Frameworks, including product management principles.
• Expertise in data, analytics, or BI architecture, including designing data-driven applications or solutions to meet business needs.
• Knowledgeable about big data technologies and frameworks, data architecture, data modeling, and database design principles.
• Proficiency in data engineering concepts and technologies, encompassing data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
