Overview
We are looking for a Safety Manager to lead and oversee health & safety programs across multiple construction projects. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving safety systems while supporting both field and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all aspects of the health & safety program across multiple job sites
• Ensure full compliance with OHSA, COR requirements, and internal safety policies
• Oversee incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions
• Develop and implement company-wide safety initiatives and training programs
• Mentor and support Field Safety Associates and site teams
• Conduct audits and ensure continuous improvement of safety practices
• Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and subcontractors
• Track and report on safety metrics, KPIs, and compliance performance

Qualifications
• 5–10+ years of construction safety experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Ontario health & safety regulations and best practices
• Experience managing safety across multiple projects or regions
• Proven ability to lead, train, and influence teams
• Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills

Certifications (Preferred/Required)
• NCSO or CRSP designation preferred
• COR audit experience strongly preferred
