The Opportunity
As Regional General Manager, you will have full accountability for the performance, culture, and operational excellence of multiple branches. You’ll operate within a matrix organization, partnering closely with branch leaders to drive consistency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
You will be a strategic operator, a people-first leader, and a decisive change agent.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
Business & Operational Leadership
- Own the regional P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency across Sales, Parts, and Service.
- Analyze and act on KPIs including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and service efficiency.
- Champion DTNA Elite Support Certification, guiding branches through certification and sustaining elite-level standards post-certification.
- Ensure all locations meet or exceed OEM standards, COR certification, and regulatory requirements.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a key member of the Canadian Leadership Team, contributing to national strategy and executing it regionally.
- Balance competing priorities across lines of business while always acting in the best interest of the organization as a whole.
- Lead regional marketing initiatives, brand presence, and community engagement efforts.
People, Culture & Talent Development
- Build high-performing leadership teams through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous improvement, and customer-first thinking.
Infrastructure & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee capital expenditures, facility maintenance, and infrastructure projects, including new builds and branch expansions.
- Implement best practices and lean operational principles to improve processes, safety, and service delivery.
- Partner with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure facilities meet operational and brand standards.

Technical & Business Expertise
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in a dealership, transportation, or industrial services environment.
- Proven success leading multi-branch or multi-department operations within a matrix structure.
- Deep operational knowledge across Sales, Service, and Parts.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Comfortable leveraging data and analytics to make informed, timely decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (Procede/Excede, CDK, Karmak, or similar).
Leadership & Soft Skills That Matter
- An exceptional communicator who can influence at all levels—from front-line leaders to senior executives.
- A confident coach and mentor who develops leaders and builds trust quickly.

Additional Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 or OEM experience is an asset).
