Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead ICI construction projects from pre-construction through to final handover. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering complex institutional builds on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and close-out

Oversee project teams, site personnel, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution

Manage project budgets and change orders, ensuring cost control and accurate forecasting

Coordinate and chair project meetings with stakeholders, clients, and consultants

Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and schedules

Ensure all work complies with contract documents, health and safety regulations, and company standards

Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delays
-
Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service delivery
Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience managing ICI construction projects, preferably within the institutional sector

Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Proven experience delivering projects ranging from $5M–$50M+ in value
-
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and contract administration (CCDC)

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-
Proficiency with construction management platforms (Procore, CMiC, etc.)

PMP or Gold Seal Certification is an asset
