Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver land and site development projects on time and within budget while managing client expectations

Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, project scoping, and RFP responses

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal/external project teams

Provide direction to project teams, manage schedules, and oversee project execution

Manage project financials, including budgets, invoicing, progress payments, and accounts receivable

Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives

Support contract administration and attend project meetings as required

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management role
-
C.E.T. or P.Eng. designation
-
Knowledge of the Site Plan review process

Understanding of applicable engineering standards, practices, and legislative regulations

Proficiency with MS Office and related software
-
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work across multiple projects
