Qualifications and Requirements:
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Building Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building science
- Experience in new construction or building envelope rehabilitation projects
- Strong commitment to exceptional client service and technical development
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

- Conducting site investigations and evaluating existing buildings
- Preparing technical reports and studies
- Designing systems for new construction and rehabilitation projects
- Performing and overseeing building condition assessments and field investigations (e.g., leak detection in roofs, walls, windows, and foundations)
- Managing projects, including contract administration and field reviews
- Developing and analyzing repair strategies
- Coordinating with other engineering and architectural professionals
- Providing oversight and training for junior staff
Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000
