Production Worker Days Or Afternoons

We are currently seeking motivated General Labours to join our team for a large food processing company located in Etobicoke, Ontario. This exciting opportunity would suit anyone looking to learn new skills and work in Ontario’s largest industry.

Pay: $18.31 per hour

Shift Times:

Days 6am-2:30pm

Afternoons – 2:30pm – 11pm

Responsibilities:

·Line work:

·delicate with packaging, small hands, fold sliced meats and package, mostly

·Loading Multivac lines with product

·As a backup, perform Slicer Operator duties as needed.

·Operating Multivac, such as changing films and other related duties.

·Accountable for loading product into slicer.

·Accountable for ensuring all sliced product meets quality standards.

·Accountable for ensuring a safe work environment for co-workers.

·Light to Medium Lifting

·Dealing with cooked or Raw meat

Qualifications:

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to communicate in English and follow directions

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Completion of H&S paperwork prior to starting
