Your tasks as the Payroll & Benefits Administrator:

·Running bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees using ADP WFN

·Weekly, monthly and yearly payroll reconciliations

·Point of contact for employee’s payroll and benefits inquires

·Year end closing, T4’s administration and prepare WSIB/WCB reconciliation

·Responding to ROE requests

·All other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the Payroll & Benefits Administrator:

·1-2 years experience in a payroll position

·Union experience preferred but not a must

·ADP WFN is preferred or other similar web base payroll system

·College Diploma and Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) is preferred

·High attention to details

·Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
