Part-Time Bookkeeper (3+ Years Experience Required)
📍 Oakville, ON (In-Office, 1–2 Days per Week)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client on a part-time basis. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of bookkeeping experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly
  • Prepare monthly bank and account reconciliations
  • Generate and present monthly financial reports
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Ensure timely payment of all statutory and contractual obligations, including remittances
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial information
  • Perform other bookkeeping and accounting-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule:
  • Part-time, 1–2 days per week (in-office)
  • Must be flexible
Compensation & Schedule:
  • $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
  • 4% vacation pay
  • Part-time: 1–2 days per week (in-office)
  • Ongoing temporary assignment
  • Free on-site parking
