Operations Controller

Our client, a leading Aluminum Manufacturing company located in the Vaughan area is eager to hire a Operations Controller to start immediately.

Your tasks as the Operations Controller:

·Responsible for 4 plants

· Provides variance analysis, modeling, and other reports as required to analyze, track, and identify financial results and gaps, along with actionable insights and recommendations.

·Document processed by performing detailed walkthroughs and job shadowing of key personnel

·Identify high risk areas and weaknesses.

·Recommend policies and procedures to mitigate risks

·Data base reporting.

·External and internal audits.

·Cost accounting

·Other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the Operations Controller:

·CPA or final level

·Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing experience

·Above average computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based systems, crystal reporting and data mining

·Excellent written and verbal communications

·Self starter, results and deadline oriented

·Strong accuracy and attention to detail

·Budgeting & Forecasting experience

·Hold a valid passport and have the ability to travel
