Fuze HR is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Associate to join one of our valued clients in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established organization in the manufacturing and display solutions space, supporting operational efficiency during a critical systems transition.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both data and physical documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring operational records are accurate, complete, and accessible, directly supporting leadership decision-making.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with strong potential for long-term growth depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Documentation

Collect, organize, and maintain operational data from multiple departments

Manage manual filing systems, physical records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Track key operational data and ensure all required documentation is complete and properly filed

Identify gaps or missing information and proactively follow up with internal teams

Support production scheduling by entering and verifying data

Continuously look for ways to improve documentation processes and efficiency
Cross-Functional & Operational Support

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Operations team

Assist in preparing documentation for reporting and internal reviews

Support production teams by ensuring records are accurate and up to date

Assist in coordinating documentation related to production activities
What We’re Looking For
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an operations, administrative, or data-focused role

Post-secondary education (college or university) is an asset

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to manage both physical documentation and digital records

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable following up to obtain missing information

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word in particular)

Comfortable working with numbers, data tracking, and reporting

Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
