Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Narrow Aisle Reach Operators to join a fast-paced distribution centre supporting a well-established manufacturing operation in Milton, Ontario.
This is a day shift opportunity for operators who are confident working in tight warehouse environments and understand that safety, speed, and accuracy must work together.
Key Responsibilities
- This role will be 50/50 mix of Forklift operation and warehouse labor duties (picking orders, packing, clean-up at end of shift, etc)
- Operate a narrow aisle reach forklift safely and efficiently will also operate counterbalance forklift and walkie
- Pick, stage, and move product within racking systems
- Load and unload shipments accurately; including general labor duties
- Perform RF scanning and inventory transactions on a manual pick list
- Replenish stock and support order fulfillment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Valid forklift certification (narrow aisle reach, counterbalance, walkie)
- Minimum 2 years of recent narrow aisle reach experience (required)
- Experience working in a distribution centre or manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Milton
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Schedule
- Straight Day Shift 6:30am – 3:30pm
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be required during peak production periods
Compensation & Benefits
