Your Role as a Millwright

✔ Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

✔ Perform preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds

✔ Conduct 5S activities daily to maintain an organized workspace

✔ Participate in Daily Management System (DMS) huddles

✔ Perform Job Hazard Analysis before maintenance tasks

✔ Hoisting and Rigging for heavy equipment

✔ Train operators on Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Tightening (CILT) procedures

✔ Work alongside operators to identify and resolve equipment and safety issues

✔ Conduct Breakdown & Root Cause Failure Analysis

✔ Develop precision maintenance procedures for preventive & predictive maintenance

✔ Support a continuous process manufacturing plant with proactive maintenance

What We’re Looking For

✔ Red Seal Millwright Certification (Interprovincial)

✔ Strong knowledge of safe work practices (LOTO, fall protection, hazard assessments)

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)

✔ Commitment to safety & PPE compliance (hard hats, eye & hearing protection, respirators, flame-retardant clothing, safety shoes)

✔ Passion for teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement
