Position Summary
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Millwright will maintain and repair plant equipment and facilities while supporting safety, production, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and facility equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders accurately.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and HACCP standards.
Maintain clear communication within maintenance and production teams.
Record completed work, parts usage, and outstanding tasks.
Contribute to a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

Requirements
Valid Provincial Journeyman Millwright Certificate with Red Seal (3rd or 4th year apprentices considered).
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and VFDs considered an asset.
Strong attendance, communication skills, and team mindset.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
