We’re hiring a Millwright (or2nd year Apprentice and above) to join a great team in Langley, BC.
Shifts Available
- Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm to 12:30 am
- Tuesday to Friday 2:00 pm to 12:30 am

- Starting base rate: $40.00 per hour plus ($37.00 per hour for Apprentices)

What you’ll do as a Millwright:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and source appropriate replacement parts to complete repairs efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely in accordance with protocols and best practices.
- Uphold strict safety and quality standards throughout all maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve overall operational efficiency.
What you’ll bring as a Millwright:
- Enrolled in a Millwright apprenticeship program (preferably 4th year; strong 3rd-year candidates considered).
- Able to pass background checks without issue.
- Bring experience in manufacturing or food production environments, considered an asset.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Work comfortably in fast-paced, refrigerated settings.
- Maintain physical fitness and regularly lift 50–70 lbs as part of daily tasks.
- Act as a dependable team player with clear and effective communication skills.
