Continental Day Shift (8 AM – 8 PM)

Starting salary: $43/hour

7 x 12-hour shifts every 2 weeks, every other weekend off

We’re looking for hands-on Millwrights (433A) who love troubleshooting machinery independently and have strong lathe experience. This role involves working with heavy industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)

4+ years of industrial manufacturing experience

Strong mechanical troubleshooting—able to work independently

PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)

Blueprint/technical drawing reading skills

Hands-on experience with machine building, lathes, welding (asset)

Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and other heavy machinery

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery independently

Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance

Fabricate parts and maintain production machinery

Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory

Support process improvements and machine optimization
