Pay & Premiums

$46.33/hour

Afternoon: +$0.70/hr

Night: +$0.80/hr

OT after 8 hours | Double time after 3 OT hours

$550 tool allowance | $250 safety shoe allowance

Overtime paid out (not banked)

Schedule

Days: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM

Afternoons: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

Nights: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

The Role

Hands-on 433A Millwright supporting high-speed, automated production lines. Focus on preventive maintenance, fast troubleshooting, and permanent equipment improvements — not reactive work only.

What You’ll Do

-Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems

-Perform corrective & preventive maintenance on automated equipment

-Support drives, controls, power supplies, gauges, and test equipment

-Diagnose root causes and implement lasting fixes

-Use SAP-PM CMMS for work orders and maintenance planning

-Reduce backlog and improve maintenance effectiveness

-Work closely with production, engineering, OEMs, and contractors

-Follow all Health & Safety, GMP, SQF, and food safety standards

What You Bring (Required)

-433A Industrial Millwright license

-4+ years post-apprenticeship experience

-Experience in automated manufacturing, including:

-High-speed packaging

-Bottling / canning

-Filling systems

-Food & beverage production

-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

-Able to contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up

Work Environment

-Indoor manufacturing facility

-Safety shoes & safety glasses required

-On-site role only
