About the Role
Fuze HR is currently hiring an experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator to join a leading distribution and logistics company specializing in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. This role is based in a refrigerated environment (cooler) and involves a combination of equipment operation, order picking, inventory handling, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
Fuze HR is currently hiring an experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator to join a leading distribution and logistics company specializing in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. This role is based in a refrigerated environment (cooler) and involves a combination of equipment operation, order picking, inventory handling, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and compliance are critical.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Raymond Reach, Forklift, Walkie, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Perform order picking, replenishment, put-away, and staging of outbound shipments.
- Assist with monthly skid count reports, cycle counts, and stock moves in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Accurately label products and complete all required documentation (work orders, damaged product forms, etc.).
- Support product security and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report any system or equipment issues through proper channels.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Distribution Manager.
- Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (cooler)
Qualifications
- Secondary education (High School diploma or equivalent).
- Valid certification to operate MHE (Raymond Reach, Forklift, Walkie, etc.).
- Experience with RF scanning equipment.
- Knowledge of WMS and TMS systems considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment preferred.
