Maintenance Technician

Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. The successful candidate will ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely while supporting general facility maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on industrial experience and strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Support setup and teardown of production lines
-
Fabricate basic parts and perform system adjustments as required
-
Maintain and monitor inventory of spare parts and supplies

Complete documentation such as work orders, logs, and maintenance reports
-
Assist with facility maintenance (building, infrastructure, utilities)
-
Work safely and follow all company safety policies and regulations
-
Participate in overtime, weekend, or rotating shifts as needed

Support and potentially train production or maintenance staff
Required Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
-
Proficiency using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, VOM, etc.)
-
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Willingness to participate in continuous improvement programs
Preferred Assets:
-
Experience in corrugated or converting manufacturing
-
Familiarity with PLCs, drive controllers, or automated systems
-
Ability to fabricate basic parts or perform mechanical modifications
