Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Leader / Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production and facility equipment through effective preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise the maintenance team and contractors

Schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment

Track downtime, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement
-
Maintain PM programs, spare parts inventory, and maintenance records
-
Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF Level 2, safety, and environmental standards

Support capital projects and equipment installations in collaboration with Engineering
Qualifications
-
Engineering degree or technical college diploma

Valid 433A Millwright or 442A / 309A Electrician license

3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with automated processing/packaging equipment preferred

Proficient with CMMS/ERP systems and standard computer applications
