About Us: Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring for a Maintenance Millwright to join a leading player in the manufacturing industry. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Millwright to join the team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a licensed Maintenance Millwright with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both breakdown and preventative maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment issues before they become problems.
• Perform breakdown maintenance to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Install, dismantle, and move machinery and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent, to maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Millwright with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience in both breakdown and preventative maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
