Key Responsibilities
-
Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and systems.

Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Support production line start-ups and shutdowns.

Operate scissor and boom lifts when required.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient maintenance scheduling.

Maintain documentation using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Follow all safety regulations and company standards.

Perform other related maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
-
Red Seal Millwright License (required)
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment
-
Proven skills in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
-
Welding and machining experience is an asset
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced 24/7 plant environment
-
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights if needed

24/7 operation with 12-hour continental rotation schedule

Balanced mix of mechanical and electrical work (50/50)

Dedicated maintenance shop – all tools provided

Clean and ventilated environment; may be warm around certain machines
