Pay Rate: $35–$47/hr (depending on Experience )
Shift Premium: $0.75/hr
Shift: Training on day shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) for approximately 2 months, then transferring to afternoon shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Vacation: 2 weeks
Overtime: After 44 hours
Benefits: Eligible after 3 months
Safety Shoes: $100 contribution every 2 years

What You’ll Do: Licensed Millwright 433A
As a Millwright Mechanic you’ll ensure our production equipment, machinery, and facilities operate at peak performance. Your day-to-day could include quick fixes, major repairs, and preventive maintenance. You’ll work independently and with a collaborative team to keep our operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities: Licensed Millwright 433A
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.
  • Complete work orders efficiently focusing on the most critical tasks first.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CI presses, laminators, and other production equipment.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and facility upkeep tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists for complex repairs.
  • Minimize operational disruption through smart repair scheduling and clear communication.
  • Keep leadership updated on maintenance activities and projects.
  • Support additional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring: Licensed Millwright 433A
  • Red Seal Certification (Millwright or Electrician) – mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing (printing or bag packaging preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills—mechanical and electrical
  • Familiarity with automation systems, including older and newer printing machines (up to 10-color models)
  • Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented
