Our Client is a very established Real Estate Developer in the Toronto area who manages a substantial portfolio of multi res apartment buildings. We are conducting a search for a Leasing Resident Experience Coordinator to join this dynamic team.

Leasing Agent duties and responsibilities

A Leasing Agent has duties and responsibilities they must fulfill throughout the regular course of their job. Primary duties for most Leasing Agent positions include:

• Prepare properties for rent to show prospective tenants
• Give tours of open listings
• Portray the property and amenities in a positive fashion
• Use a variety of methods to advertise rental properties
• Determine the needs of potential tenants
• Maintain working knowledge of the property market
• Ensure the property is well-maintained
• Collect and organize important documents and payments

Marketing

Prepare regional marking strategies’ for the portfolio

Property Administration

Coordinate tenant move in and move out.

Oversee contractors and trades

Be the first point of contact to the tenants
