We are seeking a driven and coachable Junior Sales Representative to join a successful team. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a clearly defined path to an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) role. If you have 1 or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the industrial sector, and are looking for a long-term career in sales with significant training and growth opportunities, we want to hear from you.

This is not a transactional sales role. You will learn how to sell technical, customized solutions requiring collaboration, sample submissions, and customer approvals. You'll receive extensive industry training during your first 1-2 years, supporting senior team members and developing your skills in preparation for your own territory. Once promoted into an OSR role, a revised compensation package (including commissions) will be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Manager with account management and new business development activities
- Work on assigned in-house accounts during training period
- Participate in strategic sales planning and execution
- Travel to client sites as needed (Mileage reimbursed)
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations using MS Office tools
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (industrial sector preferred)
- Experience in a detailed, non-transactional sales process is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel required)
