We are currently seeking a Junior Administrative Clerk to support our client, a company specializing in the redistribution of a wide range of consumer goods and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all administrative tasks for the buying department.

Evaluate and perform quality control on samples, providing approvals.

Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors.

Send quotation requests and evaluate responses.

Assist in creating purchase orders and setting up articles and vendors in the system.

Research packaging, labeling, and product requirements for new projects to ensure compliance.

Maintain up-to-date information on product weights, dimensions, images, specifications, and other details.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the retail sector is a strong asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- excellent English communication, French is an asset.
