We are currently seeking a Junior Administrative Clerk to support our client, a company specializing in the redistribution of a wide range of consumer goods and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all administrative tasks for the buying department.
  • Evaluate and perform quality control on samples, providing approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
  • Send quotation requests and evaluate responses.
  • Assist in creating purchase orders and setting up articles and vendors in the system.
  • Research packaging, labeling, and product requirements for new projects to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on product weights, dimensions, images, specifications, and other details.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the retail sector is a strong asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • excellent English communication, French is an asset.
