Pay & Premiums

$46.33/hour

Afternoon: +$0.70/hr

Night: +$0.80/hr

OT after 8 hours | Double time after 3 OT hours

$550 tool allowance | $250 safety shoe allowance

OT paid out (not banked)

Schedule

Days: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM

Afternoons: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

Nights: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

The Role

Hands-on 442A Maintenance Electrician supporting high-speed, automated production lines. Focused on troubleshooting, PMs, and permanent fixes — not just clearing faults.

What You’ll Do

-Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems

-Support PLC-controlled automated equipment

-Perform corrective & preventive maintenance

-Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions

-Use SAP-PM CMMS for work orders and planning

-Work closely with production, engineering & OEMs

-Follow all safety, GMP & food safety standards

What You Bring (Required)

-Valid 442A/309A Industrial Electrician license

-4+ years post-apprenticeship experience

-Experience with automated manufacturing, including:

-High-speed packaging

-Bottling / canning

-Filling systems

-Food & beverage production

-Strong troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have

-Union environment experience

-SAP-PM or CMMS experience

Work Environment

-Indoor manufacturing facility

-Safety shoes & glasses required

-On-site role only
