We are on the hunt for a full time Office Manager capable of leading a small office team and managing all day-to-day aspects of the office; administration, customer service support, ordering, filing, general upkeep, etc. The successful candidate will oversee a team of AP/AR, dispatch, and admin professionals, working alongside service and inside sales. This is a high volume, service-oriented environment, so the perfect candidate will be personable, professional, and adaptable; ideally someone who can hit the ground running and be trusted to manage the office within a short time frame. What are the responsibilities?

  • Keep the office running smoothly!
  • Oversee the office team members in day-to-day operations
  • Ensure deliverance of impeccable service
  • Handle general administrative tasks
  • Manage schedule, allocation of resources/personnel in the office
  • Collaborate effectively with service, dispatch, and sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Order office materials, beverages, snacks, etc, maintain inventory levels
  • Man the reception desk as necessary

What are the requirements?

  • 5+ years of relevant office/admin experience, at least 3 at management/supervisory level
  • Strong knowledge of the HVAC service industry and associated operations/service nuances
  • Impeccable organization and service skills, high attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to manage a team and office operations effectively
  • Great communication skills
  • Must be personable, professional, and able to communicate fluently in English (written & verbal)
