About the Role

Fuze HR is recruiting General Labourers for a dynamic manufacturing and packaging operation in Scarborough. The team specializes in building corrugated retail displays and co-packing products for fast-moving consumer goods. This is a hands on role in a busy, detail oriented environment where teamwork, speed, and quality matter.

Your Responsibilities

1. Assemble corrugated retail displays using hand tools and tape/glue machines.

2. Assist with co-packing consumer goods—ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and presentation standards.

3. Help maintain production equipment and clean work areas per safety guidelines.

4. Collaborate closely with team members to meet targeted output goals and communicate workflow needs effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Physical stamina for repetitive tasks: standing, lifting (~50 lbs), bending, and reaching throughout shift.

2. Attention to detail: ensuring accuracy in product labeling and display assembly.

3. Team player: cooperative and respectful in a fast-paced production floor.

4. Safety-first mindset: comfortable following and upholding safety regulations at all times.

Work Environment

1. Fast-moving production warehouse with exposure to light machinery and varying temperature zones.

2. Work is performed entirely on foot; there are no seated or desk-based roles.

3. Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends off).

4. Salary $17.20 p/h
