Position: General Laborer
Job Type: Contract (approx 3-4 months) with possibility of permanent employment

Pay: $20/hr – $24/hr
Schedule: 4x10s with 30-minute break, Day Shift 1 or 2 for now (must be open to the possibility of afternoon shift in future)
Shift Schedules:
- Day Shift 1:
- Mon–Thurs, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Day Shift 2:
- Tues–Fri, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Afternoon Shift:
- Mon–Thurs, 4:15 PM – 2:15 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepping products for paint (e.g., wire wheeling, wiping, washing, scraping)
- Packaging products for shipment
- Loading/unloading paint lines
- General cleaning and shop maintenance
- Supporting other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Some experience as a General Laborer/Production Worker or similar in a manufacturing/warehouse/logistics setting
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation (location is not transit accessible)
- Steel-toed boots required
- Good verbal communication skills
