Position: Front Office Receptionist
Location: Concord, Ontario (On-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Temporary, with potential to become permanent based on performance

Overview:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Office Receptionist to join our client’s team in Concord, Ontario. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, perfect for a motivated individual eager to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles, strong communication skills, and a welcoming presence to represent the company at the front office.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Keep the reception area neat and organized
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed
  • Ensure a positive first impression of the company for all visitors

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Approachable, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Able to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • Maintains discretion and professionalism at all times
