Job Summary:
As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our resort's front office, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive. You will lead a team of front desk associates and concierge staff, ensuring efficient and courteous service, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out, guest services, and concierge services
– Supervise and train front desk associates and concierge staff, ensuring excellent customer service and attention to detail
– Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations
– Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the overall smooth running of the resort
– Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in a front office or guest services management role within the hospitality industry
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficient in using hotel management software and technology
– Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, salaried position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the resort's operational needs. The Front Office Manager position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and navigate the resort's facilities.
